You Don't have to grieve alone
Grief is not something you are meant to walk through alone. Grief Share is a Christ-centered grief recovery support group that meets every Monday evening at The Life Church Visalia, giving people a safe, caring space to process loss and find hope on the other side of it.
Led by Christina Torres and Ray and Linda Veloz, this co-ed group is open to anyone in the Visalia area who has experienced grief, whether that loss was recent or years ago. You do not need to attend every session from the beginning. Grief Share is designed so that participants can join any week, wherever they are in their journey.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Grief Share follows a 13-session video-based curriculum that walks through the full experience of grief, from the early questions ("Is this normal?") through the harder emotions like anger, regrets, and loneliness, and into the healing work of finding hope and purpose again. Each session is followed by group discussion in a warm, confidential environment.
